About The Tour
The largest cycling event in America, the 2009 Amgen Tour of California is a Tour de France-style cycling road race presented by AEG that challenges the world’s top professional cycling teams to compete along a demanding, recently expanded, 750-mile course from Sacramento to Escondido from February 14-22, 2009.
Founded in 2005, Breakaway from Cancer continues to raise awareness and funds to support valuable services and programs, provided free of charge, that help people living with cancer. The initiative was created by Amgen as a complementary component to the company's sponsorship of the Amgen Tour of California. This year, the initiative continues to support the important programs and tools offered by the National Coalition for Cancer Survivor-ship and The Wellness Community.

I feel like a sponge when I spend a day at Studio B with Lee Peterson…. I just wish I could be a giant sponge…or maybe "Sponge Bob" :)
There was a lot going on at Studio B so we shot this cool light and all it's packaged parts in the small studio…. see the finished product. These images shot with my little Sony cybershot 10.1mpVideo shoot in main lab…. Way cool deliveries from Matthewsand more….action everywhere today! My favorite mango pie at Pasta Pronto,Del Mar… an overall wonderful sort of day!…..and as I'm posting this blog, up pops on my screen saver an image Lee took of one of my Dobies (Meli) and Me in 2004…..Thank you Lee Peterson for all you bring to my life! Always makes me feel so good to have been Cass Peterson once upon a time! -

It's a weekend holiday…..so enjoy the chocolates, roses, wine, fine dining and then don't forget just simple pleasures like pizza by the fireside…. or if you are lucky enough to live in a climate like San Diego….maybe a picnic basket…..
